Dr. Zhou Yuhua
Chief Engineer
Dr. Zhou Yuhua has over 25 years of hands-on experience in motor R&D and manufacturing. Prior to joining Panda, he held key R&D positions at leading international motor companies for many years, gaining a thorough understanding of motor fundamental design, material properties and manufacturing processes.
Since assuming the role of Chief Engineer in 2020, Dr. Zhou has been primarily responsible for planning the company’s overall technical roadmap and has personally led teams to overcome technical challenges in key projects.
Rather than simply pursuing theoretical parameters, he places greater emphasis on how motors perform under customers’ actual operating conditions. Under his leadership, our R&D team has focused on product reliability and batch consistency, with the goal of delivering practical motion-control solutions for complex applications.
